Dear Mom,

Happy Mother's Day! I know a card on a screen can't replace a real hug, but I really hope this makes you smile in the meantime.

You are an absolute inspiration to me and do so much for us. While I haven't done the best at expressing it, I really appreciate your support and caution around housing. It's always nice to have someone else checking to make sure you don't sign with a bad company.
